- If your unit rents for $40 or less, the maximum value for each referral will equal your rent
- For each referral, your account will be credited a maximum of $40 towards next months rent
(no refunds or credits on early move outs).
- Your referral must rent a unit of equal size or larger size to ger full credit. If your referral's
unit is smaller, your credit will be based on their rental amount.
- Referral must be legitimate. Management reserves the right to refuse any existing customer this offer.
If this card is not received prior from your referral renting from us, you will
not receive a FREE RENT VALUE. If unit size is not available, or person referred does not rent, there
is no obligation. You will not receive a free rent value. There is no obligation for management to put
referral person on the wait list.
