Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intends to sell the personal property described below, pursuant to the provisions of the California Self Storage Facilities Act, Business and Professions Code Section 21700 et seg. On Tuesday, the 29th day of April 2025, at 10:30am, the undersigned will sell the contents of liened stored units by public sale by competitive bidding, the auction will occur online at www.StorageTreasures.com. Said property is located at ALL AMERICAN SELF STORAGE, 3050 Taylor Road, Roseville, County of Placer, State of California.
