I've been here for a few years and had 3 different units. I love the service and the hours at this location, and they have the best prices in Rocklin. Robert is there pretty much every time I go in, and he's always been super helpful. He also gives my son a sucker every time we come through the office, so now I have to bring my son along when I visit our unit lol. Highly recommend this place.

Robert was so helpful and made sure that the process for getting a storage unit for my little brother was easy and smooth. May fiancé and I have had a unit here for almost 3 years! He always has a great attitude and holds a great knowledge for each question we have. He knows exactly how to provide us with excellent customer service each time we come in. Thank you again! We so appreciated your help. We highly recommend All American Storage. Their temperature controlled units are very clean and easy to access. If you are looking for a unit this places is definitely worth the price, service, and cleanliness.

Brent was incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what size unit I needed for my storage needs and walked me through the process in a very competent and informative manner. The facility was clean and the security tight. After signing up with Brent I knew I picked the right place.

William provided exceptional customer service this morning and I much appreciated his help upgrading to a larger, climate control unit 👍

I’m signing papers at 7-ish in the morning! Excited to minimize and get organized following a hurried relocation 🥳

Happy to have help of elevator and flatbed carts, in comfortable environment! Perfect location near area that I may use to figure out how I care to use my unit; What a Blessing 🙌, and only $20/month extra expense for 2-extra feet. So happy I rented the last unit of this size 🕊️

Highly recommended 🏆in ALL Areas!!!

Just wanted to share how happy I was renting a unit here. I've rented at other "Big Name" storage places and they don't come close to the customer service All American Storage has. A few months ago, I received a call from William asking if I lost a set of keys. I had no idea that I had dropped my keys. He went out of his way to review video and logs to find me. Talk about SUPERIOR customer service!! He saved me countless hours of headache. Super humble, hope his managers read this and know what type of employee that have got. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area rent here. Always clean, never crowded, best in class customer service! Thank you William.

I’ve had a storage unit here for over 6 months and have had nothing but positive experiences compared to previous storage units I’ve had. I lost my key to get into my unit and Robert went above and beyond to help me open it and was patient throughout the entire process even in the 110 degree weather.
